Day 1-2: Begin with moong dal chilla or vegetable oats for breakfast, quinoa khichdi with vegetables for lunch, and grilled fish/chicken with sautéed greens for dinner. Munch on nuts, seeds, or yogurt.
Day 3-4: Have besan cheela, brown rice with dal and stir-fried vegetables, and palak paneer with roti. Add chia pudding or roasted chana as snacks.
